Shipment of your order
The products you purchased are usually shipped within 24 working hours from the order confirmation.
Products ordered after 12.00 on fridays are usually shipped on mondays.
Products ordered after 12.00 on days before a national holiday are usually shipped on the first working day following the holidays.
These operational times add to the transit time that may vary according to the shipping method of your choice.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number as soon as the packages are collected by the vector you chose.
Shipment condition
Your product will be exclusively shipped to Switzerland or to The Principate of Liechtenstein, or to Campione d'Italia or to Büsingen.
Conditions and prices vary according the size and weight of the products.
Maamuu reserves the rights of modifying the shipping costs without further notice.
Shipping methods
Maamuu relies on the logistics of the Swiss Post Ltd
When placing an order, it is possible to choose between 2 different shipping ways:
- Postpac Economy: cheaper, delivery time within 2 working days from the shipment date.
- Postpac Priority: more expensive, delivery time within the next working day from the shipment date.
Shipment costs are based on the weight of the product and aplly the price list supplied by the Swiss Post Ltd. These costs are clearly shown during your purchase process.
